The Objective
Advanced Diabetes Centre (ADCPL) was launched in July 2015 by a team of second-generation clinicians passionate about supporting the mammoth task of controlling the devastating effects. Based at Surat, one of the fastest-growing business hubs in Southern Gujarat, the team believed in making a visible change in the quality of life of people living with diabetes in their neighbourhood.
The client brief highlighted the need for comprehensive diabetes management. The top management team at ADCPL also wanted to showcase all services offered under one roof.
The Solution
Concept: ADCPL has a unique state-of-the-art infrastructure with vibrant looks and interiors that differentiates itself entirely from the conventional diagnostic centre or a clinic. Additionally, the centre was the only facility in India to collaborate with Joslin Diabetes Center for clinical advisory*.
We conceptualised a step-wise approach for compelling advancement & scale of ADCPL.
We created Discipline (Systems & Processes), Science, Skill, and, most importantly, Actionable Knowledge to transform the lives of people living with diabetes as the main pillars on which we built multiple platforms for ADCPL.
Positioning
Organised Diabetes Care – Patient-focused, positioning to drive the entire campaign.
Mnemonic – It was the ONLY centre to offer integrated, comprehensive, multidimensional management of diabetes under one roof. We created a unique visual symbol to convey ‘Organised Diabetes Care.’ We highlighted the complete array of services offered under one roof that play a pivotal role in comprehensive diabetes management for the patients through the mnemonic.

We got the opportunity to partner with ADCPL right at the launch phase. Our design experts created a unique brand appeal for the launch phase, and our entire team went beyond to engage with the right target audience.
We developed a modern, content-driven, responsive, and user-friendly website (www.advanceddiabetescentre.com) for ADCPL. We focused on Patient-centric services and diagnostic facilities offered at the Center. We added a Q&A section to clarify various doubts of the patients and their relatives and facilitate the Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) present at the centre. At the same time, they interacted with the patients and their caregivers.
Integrated Brand Collaterals :
As a part of our content development strategy, we developed multiple brand communication collaterals (leaflets, flyers, posters, patient education materials) with a strong emphasis on human interest stories, easy-to-understand language, illustrations, and creative visuals. We customised the collaterals to blend with the local perception by using Gujarati language both in print and our digital deliverables.
