The Objective
Mileage Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a mid-sized logistics organisation with a worldwide network. The organisation wanted to differentiate from other companies providing similar services and approached us for the repositioning exercise.
The Solution
Our research led us to the insight that Mileage had expertise and experience with some mission-critical projects that required specialised knowledge and approach in addition to the routine global air-freight or sea-freight services. We picked up this thread and recommended re-configuration of SBUs to highlight the organisation’s core capabilities, focusing on customer-centric value creation.
We recommended categorising services as ‘Extended Reach’ for global reach, ‘Knowledge-driven’ for tailored logistics solutions, and ‘Value-added’ services, thus presenting the organisation with a completely new dimension.
We extended this updated positioning and SBU configuration to reflect in the revamped website. Our creative team developed unique graphics specific to the re-configured SBUs. We used corporate logo colours to maintain harmony.
